For the activity that we are doing tomorrow I would like to to explore the applet (little online activity) tonight. It will help you with the in-class activity. We will quickly review it tomorrow but to get the full experience of what it can do take a look at it tonight. I am going to post a link to the applet here in this blog AND on the Google community. If you use the applet and post a comment about how it worked, what you learned, or what you thought of it. Make your comment within the Google Community and you may earn some extra credit. The top post (or all of them if they are good) will receive some (always needed) EXTRA CREDIT!!
So jump over the community, try out the applet, and post some thoughtful remarks to get some E.C. Mr. Hallam Here is the link: http://media.mivu.org/mvu_pd/a4a/resources/applets/2race.html

I learned how to adjust the graph if there was statements about who was winning, slowing down, etc. Also how to read the graph and answer questions about it.

I learned how to read and draw the graph and how the import effects the output. I also learned that no matter what the graph appears to look like the intervals matter the most

I learned how to read and draw the graph. The output really effects the input and the intervals were important

I learned how to read the graph by its time and speed. Also, on how much a graph represents the relationship between the x and y axis.

I learned how to read and draw the graph. Also how to plot points on the graph and how the input ends up effecting the output

I learned how to read graphs that use time and distance. I also learned how to draw the graph and I liked how I got to watch what the graph actually meant.

I thought this activity was good for practice on how to understand how a graph works and what you would need to use a graph for on an everyday basis.

I learned how to read and draw a graph. I also looked at the intervals closely. The graphs were real life examples. I answered questions about the graph.

I learned that when you see what the graph and the variables at the same time it helps you understand what the graph does when the variables change and it gives you a better understanding of how to interpret graphs

I learned what some of the outcomes would be for certain ways I would make the line be. And also learned more on how to read the graph. what ever I put the line graph to be the output would always be different because I changed the input.

I learned how to adjust the graph, by making the blue and red car faster and slower. I also learned how a gragh works better
